"Hunter's Prey" is an unique collaboration between
the band Seven Waters and me. Seven Waters
wrote an atmospheric, but restless song about the
search for yourself and the truth. It is based on my
books "Hunter and Prey".
Through a crowd funding campaign - lead by lead
singer Karen Leijzer and myself - we got enough
money to make this ambitious video clip. Until the
end, Karen and I were closely involved with the
whole process, for example by making the costumes
and dressing the sets. From the first idea to the
finished video, it has taken us more than a year of
hard work, but we are very proud of the result. Seven Waters is an upcoming band who just released their
second EP called "Hunter's Prey" (June 2015). Four brand
new songs of melodic, female fronted metal with a dark
atmosphere. For the title song they made an epic video clip.
The first EP "Pathfinder" (2012) was received well, resulting
in sharing the stage with DELAIN and METAL BLADE uttering
some very kind words about the EP, calling it "strong". Seven
Waters is back full-strength now; powerful and with more
progressive elements!
